F**K... it was supposed to be New Year New Me
Reinvent yourself in 3 months using my method
2025 a year of change. New year new me.
Starting a year strong but after 20 days slowly losing the momentum.
And somewhere in March you’ll be stuck again. By July probaly will stop working on your goals and wait for 1st of Jan to set new goals??
This was me ever year for 25 years…
If you were one of these people in the past, this article is exactly what will get you out of this loop.
Before I give you my FREE product I want to share a story and walk you through the 3 most important steps to never again lose your momentum.
Firstly, the new year isn't just a date on the calendar; it's a symbol of new beginnings, a reminder that it's never too late to start anew. Even if you're in your late 40s.
It's a brilliant time to set new goals for yourself, or deepen those that you've set in the past. But no matter what you do here's the most important thing:
The new year mark gives you a momentum, how you use this momentum is totally up to you!
I'll repeat it again since it's super important
How you use this momentum is totally up to you!
It gives you this push to start acting and work on the things that matter most and if you use it wisely you can really reinvent your life!
Don't judge people and most importantly, don't judge yourself. Use this momentum and know that it's only the first step.
In this article I want to share the system that helped me reinvent my life. Hopefully you can benefit from it as much as I have.
What if I told you that you can have your dream life?
What if instead of life happening to you, you can take control and make the changes so life will happen for you?
What if all your wildest imagination that seem impossible at the moment are within your grasp but you're struggling to see them, BUT THEY ARE HERE?
I struggled with this for a while and at some point i saw how hell looks like:
Most people stay locked in a vicious cycle of reliving the same year 60 times.
Waking up at the left side of your bed at 6:30 AM to the same alarm sound.
Sitting on the same chair eating the same breakfast and holding our coffee mug the same way.
Dress up in the same style, put on the clothes in a particular sequence and get out of the house at the same time.
Take the same old route to work and talk to the same people. Day after day. Does this sound frustrating and oddly familiar?
Take a look at this quote from Joe Dispenza:
Somewhere along this timeline, people get so tired and angry at life and lose any will to make a real change.
The saddest part is that WE choose to be where WE are because the discomfort of the unknown seems scarier than the known feeling of sadness judgement and depression.
Understandable though. This feeling of deep sadness, depression, anxiety hasn't killed us yer and we found a way how to live and cope with it. Usually complaining, drinking, sex or whatever.
This coping mechanism works because there is a comfort in it. At some point it becomes 'normal' part of who we are. But at what cost?
As I'm a nerdy engineer after all I'll share with you the most important lesson from middle-school physics that you might have slept through, but it's super important at the moment.
Newton's First Law: Inertia
An object at rest remains at rest, or an object in motion remains in motion at constant speed and in a straight line unless acted on by an unbalanced force
Imagine a ball rolling downhill on an infinite slide. In theory there is nothing to stop it and it will keep rolling forever unless there's some other object/force to stop it. This unbalanced force can be a wall, a rock or any type of barrier that will stop the object from moving or change it's path and set it to roll on a different trajectory.
This is a perfect example for how we live our life.
You accumulated all the stress, anxiety, fear, coping strategies and now you are a ball rolling through the slide called LIFE. And you're rolling forever with all these emotions and blockages in your life.
Unless you act on it and decide to change it.
Sometimes it's all it takes, just a slight change, a small act to make a big change. A little course correction and you might end up somewhere completely unimaginable.
Let me ask you this:
If you analyze your last 90 days and you do the same things for the next 5 years, would you be satisfied? Would you end up in a spot where you want to be?
If the answer is NO, unless you stop that momentum nothing's gonna change.
Here are 3 steps that will help you take control of your life, shift your identity and get ahead of 99% of people.
STEP 1: BECOME AWARE
I want to share a personal story and possibly relate to you
5 years ago I was on my last year at university and this marked the biggest transition so far.
Youth to adult life. A phase where boys become men.
Started working had a relationship, had a big friends circle.
On the surface it looked all fine but I was not stoked about my life, I worked a job I didn't like, I was in a toxic relationship, had a drinking and smoking problem.
The worst of it all, I was just going on autopilot not even realizing that I was sucked in a life that I didn't want to live.
I was turning a blind eye on all of it and just followed along. Floating in the waters, not drowning yet but barely grasping for air
But there was part of me that was somehow too loud to bottle it up and ignore it. There was a part that knew that this is not the life for me. At some point I couldn't hold it up anymore.
I started noticing the limits of the life I chose to live.
I saw how I was obstructing my own growth and I felt suffocated just by choosing to not make a change. I became aware that if i continue living like that I will never fulfill my full potential.
I had to change.
The first step to escape this life is STOP numbing yourself. Become aware of everything that doesn't serve you and learn from it. You've heard the saying, pain is a powerful teacher. That's exactly why.
So when I stopped numbing myself I had time to think about. Here are the questions that initiate every change:
Where am I now?
Where I don't wanna be?
Where I'll be if I continue?
And even though it was painful living in the reality it was necessary to experience everything.
Negative emotions are CALL TO ACTION.
They will teach you more then any podcast or a book.
So I invite you to reflect on the 2024, or your last 90 days and see what patterns are repeating that are holding you back!
Look at the negative feelings or thoughts as a warning signal and observe them. Sit with them, I promise they won't kill you.
They are a force that will correct the course of the ball from rolling forever in the same direction.
STEP 2: Create the new you
Imagine your life in 5 years.
Who do you want to be? What do you want to feel? Who surrounds you? How do you think, communicate, and connect?
This isn't just about career or wealth but about your essence.
Design this new version.
Make a whole plan and find the new you that inspires and excites you.
And this excitement is the first point and create new momentum. That's why so many people are using Jan 1st as the starting point. Excited and motivated after the holidays and ready to start moving mountains. And this momentum has potential to change everything,
Remember Newton's ball? Affected by an outside force, no matter how small it is can end up in a totally different destination.
This 1 degree change works for the same in our life in the same principle. A tiny negligible change which over a life's timeline, it could take you to an entirely different destination.
What got me excited was imagining a life in another country, a life with freedom and chance of a fresh start. I was changing my mindset and adapting a more positive way of thinking.
I was still deep into engineering and wanted to work for a big engineering company that makes a change in the world.
Thinking about this version, creating a vision board with my goals started making this version form in reality. I looked every single day at this vision board and didn't know how to do it but I was focusing more on the potential rather than the obstacles.
One day I got a call from a company that I never knew existed and got a job opportunity to move to the Netherlands working for one of the high-tech semiconductor giants. After 6 months of manifesting this reality it finally it became a physical reality.
If you have to take something home it's this:
Design the new version of yourself and revisit this place every day.
I've developed a special system of breath work, manifestation, journaling and goal setting to bring this new version into life.

Step 3: Bridge the gap
It's important to go through Step 1 and 2. Become aware of where you are now and get excited about a new possibility. But that by itself won't be enough.
Here's the most important question:
WHAT'S YOUR PLAN?
How are you gonna bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
You have to have a system, that will keep you accountable and help you track the daily progress.
If the goal is to become a writer, start writing every single day, create content and start building your audience day by day.
Even though it feels strange in the beginning, sticking to writing and building your brand reinforces your identity as the new version of you. Getting familiar with writing, trying different formats and strategies will help you find your unique approach and sooner or later you'll feel like it's part of who you are.
A lot of people get stuck in preparation and they procrastinate to act on their ideas.
They wait for the perfect moment to be motivated or excited again about a project but if you just start doing thing and adjust along the way chances that you'll succeed triple once you start acting on it.
I know that this path is never easy and it takes courage to take accountability that the only person responsible for your happiness is YOU.
To support you I've developed a product that can help you in the journey.
